I can't say enough about the work of Tommy and his crew. We were selling our old home and Tommy fit us immediately into his schedule despite the fact that it was a small project. On our new house, Once Cut handled all of the flooring throughout our home. At the start ,Tommy took the time to go over all of the flooring options and provided great suggestions. He worked around our schedule and other remodeling projects; breaking the project up into three stages. One Cut carpeted all of our bedrooms, ran hardwood flooring throughout our living areas/hallway, sanded our steps/railings to match the new hardwoods, and installed a seamless custom step. Everything came out better than we could have imagined thanks to Tommy's attention to detail. And all of this came at a great price.
I can’t thank Tommy enough for the AMAZING job that he did on my floors! He exceeded my expectations! He installed vinyl plank flooring throughout my whole house. He is very knowledgeable about products. He gave me his advice on which flooring I should choose, and I’m so happy that I followed it. I have noticed little touches though out my house. He made sure that my house was clean and my furniture was placed were I wanted it. He answered all of my questions, and even gave me great advice on how to get my dog use to the stairs. I will definitely use him again if I ever need new flooring. Do yourself a favor and call him if you need your floors replaced!
